This contract is an agreement between the person named below and E T Enterprises of Sacramento County. In exchange for the compensation enclosed with this contract, E T Enterprises agrees to provide the person named with an icon (100 pixels x 100 pixels) on "The Top Page of Sacto.com" for the period of time specified below. The person named below is entitled to a pro-rated refund of the enclosed compensation if he/she decides to cancel this contract during the contract period. Under no circumstances shall E T Enterprises be held liable for any amount greater than the enclosed compensation.
